Terms and Conditions for Dixon Academy for Leadership & Governance Online Masterclass:
Enrollment: By enrolling in the Dixon Academy for Leadership & Governance Online Masterclass, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Registration: Participants must complete the registration process to gain access to the online masterclass. Registration details provided must be accurate and up-to-date. Any falsification will lead to termination of the course and if found to be conspicuous, could lead to lead action against the registered participant.
Payment: Payment for the online masterclass must be made in full prior to the commencement of the course. Payment details and options will be provided during the acceptance process.
Access: Upon successful registration and payment, participants will be granted access to the online masterclass materials and resources for the specified duration of the course.
Course Materials: All course materials provided by Dixon Academy for Leadership & Governance are for personal use only. Participants are not permitted to share, distribute, or reproduce course materials without prior authorization.
Attendance and Participation: Participants are expected to attend and actively participate in all sessions of the online masterclass. Engagement with course materials, completion of assignments, and interaction with instructors and fellow participants are encouraged. Being absent for more than one session will lead to automatic termination of candidature.
Code of Conduct: Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times during the online masterclass. Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the course without refund. Refer to “Code of Conduct” section for details.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights associated with the online masterclass, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, and instructional content, are owned by Dixon Academy for Leadership & Governance. Participants are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or distributing any course-related materials without prior written consent.
Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the online masterclass, including discussions with instructors and fellow participants. Confidential information must not be disclosed to third parties without express consent.
Refund Policy: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Dixon Academy for Leadership & Governance, academy@dominicdixon.net. Refunds will be granted at the discretion of the academy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy. Once the Masterclass commences, no refund will be issued.
Amendments: Dixon Academy for Leadership & Governance reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any changes via email or through the academy's website.
By enrolling in the Dixon Academy for Leadership & Governance Online Masterclass, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Code of Conduct for Dixon Academy for Leadership & Governance Online Masterclass:
1. Respectful Communication: Participants must engage in respectful and constructive communication with instructors and fellow participants at all times.
2. Confidentiality: Any materials shared during the masterclass, including discussions and presentations, are confidential and should not be shared outside the class without written permission.
3. Academic Integrity: Participants are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism or any form of cheating/ plagiarism will result in expulsion.
4. Professionalism: Participants should conduct themselves professionally and ethically, refraining from any behavior that may disrupt the learning environment or offend others.
5. Compliance with Policies: Participants must adhere to all policies and guidelines set forth by Dixon Academy for Leadership & Governance, including those related to technology usage and online etiquette.
6. Diversity and Inclusion: Dixon Academy values diversity and inclusion. Participants are expected to contribute to a welcoming and inclusive learning environment, respecting the perspectives and backgrounds of all individuals.
7. Feedback and Evaluation: Participants are encouraged to provide constructive feedback on the masterclass content and delivery to help improve future sessions.
8. Compliance with Laws: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the masterclass, including those related to copyright, data protection, and online conduct.
